Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Thoughtfully prepare for teaching sessions, adhering to approved lesson plans.
Cultivate an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters positivity and inclusivity.
Provide timely feedback and guidance to support student success.
Embrace and effectively utilize technology within our online platform.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the quality of instruction.
Make a meaningful impact by identifying and assisting struggling students.
Qualifications:

What You'll Need:

A Master's degree from a nationally or regionally accredited institution, preferably in the discipline you'll be teaching, OR a Master's degree with 18 hours of graduate-level courses in related subject areas that support curriculum content.
Minimum of 1 year of online teaching experience required, with 2 or more years preferred.
Completion of Concorde Online Facilitator Training.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
Access to necessary hardware/software and reliable internet connectivity.
Proficiency in Canvas and online content delivery is preferred.
2 or more years of online teaching experience is desirable.
A creative approach to online education to meet course outcomes.
