Job description
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Receptionist position in Bossier City, LA.
Responsibilities for the Receptionist role include:
Answering telephones, greeting visitors, and directing visitors to the proper person/department.
Process incoming and outgoing FedEx
Sorting incoming mail for the departments.
Communicate promptly with customers and service partners on upcoming deliveries and send communications to customers in preparation of equipment delivery.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Saturday – 8:30am – 3pm
Hourly Pay $13.00
Skills Required:
Polished communicator with a pleasant, welcoming demeanor.
Versed in data entry and MS Office products.
Able to work independently and efficiently.
Must have excellent attendance.
