TSG Wealth Management is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow and, as part of that commitment, we are proud to offer our Apprenticeship Program. The Apprenticeship Program seeks to provide both a challenging and educational experience for our apprentices, therefore having a “do whatever it takes” attitude will only further enhance what you take away from your time at TSG. Over the course of our program, apprentices will be trained in all the tenets of financial planning and will gain strong exposure to current economic conditions and their relation to the financial markets. You will experience what it is like to work in a corporate culture and learn how TSG delivers all facets of financial services to our clients.

• Opportunity to observe client meetings
• Create your own Financial Plan
• Assistance in office activities
• Hear from industry professionals across numerous disciplines
• Note taking of economic and investment meetings and conference calls
• Data entry and report creation
• Document management
• Management of client information
• Conduct Investment Research

Apprenticeship Details

• Office(s) located in Long Beach, California and Irvine, California
• Program runs year-round on a Summer, Fall, Spring semester basis (3-4 months duration)
• Apprentice Hours: up to 20 hours a week

Program Overview

As part of this unique apprenticeship program, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Gain early exposure to the business world
• Gain access to leaders who will provide support and guidance throughout the program
• Engage in hands-on exploration of a potential career path
• Develop a professional network as well as practice networking skills
• Develop an understanding of how academic and professional careers relate
• Participate in social activities to get to know our corporate culture and interact with members of our team
