Job description

Position: MS D365 - Field Service Functional Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or

related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365

for Field Service.

3. Strong understanding of field service operations and processes.

4. Proven experience leading large-scale migration projects from legacy systems to D365 .

5. Proficiency in D365 customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills with the ability to

collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
