Salary Range: $70,000-$77,000

POSITION SUMMARY:
Join our dynamic team as a Design Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of residential HVAC equipment! We're on a mission to create high and mid-efficiency furnaces that redefine comfort and efficiency.
As a product Design Engineer, you'll be at the heart of innovation, designing cutting-edge heating systems, crafting mechanical designs, and developing comprehensive test plans. Your expertise will also contribute to defining control requirements and ensuring product safety.
In this role, you'll bea member of the team behind designing and launching an exciting new lineup of furnaces and implementing substantial improvements to our existing models. We're dedicated to supporting our current products by focusing on our customers and driving value engineering initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
B.S. Mechanical Engineering (other technical degrees considered with appropriate work experience)
Experience:
1 - 3 years of product development in HVAC or a related appliance industry. Our preference is for candidates with experience in the design of residential furnaces, heat exchangers and burners. Familiarity with industry safety standard ANSI Z21.47/CSA 2.3 and performance standard ASHRAE 103 is a plus.
