Job description

Full-time community-based Case Manager to serve survivors of acquired brain injury in the New River Valley area.

Benefits:

• Starting $39,250 yearly salary.
• 24 days of PTO accrued per year.

Required:

• Must reside in the New River Valley area.
• Day travel around the New River Valley including but not limited to Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Montgomery County, Giles County, Pulaski County, Floyd County, and Carroll County.
• Strong verbal & written skills, use of Microsoft Office.
• Undergraduate degree required in social work, counseling, human development, therapeutic recreation, or related field.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred (though encouraged to apply regardless):

• Experience in brain injury or related field.
• Community-based case management experience, knowledge of rehabilitation principles, or comparable knowledge and experience.
