Zix | AppRiver is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our talented Sales team. Inside Sales Account Managers are responsible for pre-sales and post-sales activities, as well as, day-to-day lead generation and maintenance for our Channel Sales teams. If you are a dynamic, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Sales individual with a demonstrated interest in technology, we want to speak with you.
You Are Great At:
Develop and manage relationships with sales, marketing, and technical teams at assigned channel partners.
Foster and develop management and executive relationships within assigned channel partners.
Develop and teach operational best practices to channel partner teams to achieve growth targets.
Coordinate and manage business reviews with channel partner teams.
Become a subject matter expert for channel partner teams across the Zix | AppRiver solutions portfolio.
Coordinate resources and escalate issues on behalf of the channel partners when necessary.
Exceed all revenue and business goals.
What experience and skills do we need you to have:
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of sales growth and experience in building relationships and growing accounts.
Ability to understand technical products and solutions, in order to sell hosted email and security solutions.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced commission-driven sales environment is a must.
Strong presentation and listening skills and Solution Selling Skills are a plus.
Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms preferred (Outreach, Gong, etc.).

This job is expected to pay in the range of $47,000 to USD 99,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
