Job description
Purpose: To support the Fleet Team with an exemplary customer service attitude- Fleet Director, Fleet Service Manager, and all Operations Managers and staff. This is a critical role within the Fleet department to process invoices, assist in vendor management, run reports, and partner with other MLP departments. The primary responsibility is to ensure the Enrich Fleet Software system is being fully utilized by the users including managers and technicians.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee maintenance software system- Enrich to ensure proper training, job completion, parts and time tracking and overall proper use is maintained.
- Process invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage all licensing and permitting needs for the fleet.
- Facilitate all leasing requirements and paperwork for external (AIM, Penske, Triple T, Ryder) and internal (PJ Leasing) companies per their instructions.
- Run reports from Enrich and create presentations as defined by Fleet and Operational leadership.
- Be an active team member of consolidating fleet and reporting systems and streamline the process.
- Work with vendors as defined by the Fleet Director.
- Support other Mound Road employees.
- Coordinate all direct requests, issues, and feedback through his/her manager
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Fully participate and support all safety initiatives.
- Think safety and continually scan the work environment; make suggestions for corrections and improvements.
- Additional duties as assigned.
