The Assistant Site Supervisor position is Full-Time. This position is primarily 2nd shift with flexibility to work 1st and 3rd as needed.

We are hiring an Assistant Site Supervisor for one of our Residential Group Homes located in Warwick, RI. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards of excellence. As an Assistant Site Supervisor in our Residential Program, you will be responsible for:

• Protecting the rights and dignities of individuals with developmental disabilities and extending these rights and dignities to family members or guardians
• Assisting in the supervision and direction of staff towards the development and maintenance of high-quality supportive services. This includes managing on-call, staff mentoring, and weekly staff schedules
• Providing on-call supervision and coverage as needed for assigned group home(s) for two assigned days a week
• Assisting in mentoring, training, and orientation of new staff
• Managing the scheduling of agency required trainings (i.e., Safety Care, CPR, Medication Administration) for assigned team of DSP’s to ensure compliance
• Assisting the amazing people we support with their daily living skills, routines, personal care, and activities as well as maintaining a safe and healthy home environment
• Ensuring policies and procedures are implemented correctly and the consumers served live valued and high-quality lives
• All other duties as assigned by Site Supervisor and Residential Director

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in providing direct support to recipients of human services preferred
• Excellent leadership skills
• Computer & phone skills
• Must have flexibility during the week and on weekends
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and current automobile insurance
• Access to a personal vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport
