Job description

Adecco is hiring for a CSR Disabilities Specialist role in Princeton, NJ . Weekly pay starting at $18.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). After you apply, you will have a chance to schedule an immediate interview! 

Description:

1. Handle and resolve routine to complex inquiries within the ETS Brands Disability Office call center for the Praxis, GACE, GRE, and TOEFL programs.
2. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, advocates, and test center supervisors regarding how to apply for accommodations and provide documentation criteria to ensure they are informed of all aspects of the programs and adhering to program requirements.
3. Must be able to handle emotionally highly sensitive inquiries and to think quickly and effectively in resolving and responding to escalated customer-related problems and concerns.
4. Interpersonal skills must exist for dealing with challenging calls by demonstrating high-quality customer service interactions.
5. Respond and resolve all such inquiries with complete, accurate, and timely information.
6. Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
7. Interpersonal skills must exist for dealing with area staff, as well as staff and management from all areas and levels of ETS.
8. Must project a professional image through phone and/or e-mail interaction.
9. Must be able to Multitask between multiple databases and tasks.
10. Ability to accurately explain registration and documentation policy requirements for multiple programs.
11. Keep current with program Policies and Disability Documentation Policy and Procedures by reviewing ETS Disability Policy and Program websites.
12. Utilize the personal computer to input orders or obtain detailed information and access hard copy files necessary to respond to requests promptly, accurately, and in accordance with program and departmental procedures.
13. Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
14. Consistently provide quality customer service on every contact.
15. Demonstrate detail orientation and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
16. Understands client needs, can explain program policies in language the customer can understand, identifies research, and resolves customer issues using multiple computer databases.
17. Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.

Requested Shift

8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
