Privacy Compliance Manager

Job description
The Privacy Compliance Manager works with business partners across the bank to ensure compliance with privacy laws, regulations and guidance. Identifies and addresses identified opportunities for privacy program enhancement, including developing/improving policies, procedures and processes. Pay Range: $99,731.70 - $132,144.50 - $197,468.76
- Support and develop the bank’s privacy framework, including liaising with relevant business partners and creating and implementing key components of program governance.
- Analyze and determine the applicability of federal and state privacy laws, regulations and guidance and proactively address identified gaps.
- Work with business partners at all levels across the organization to ensure that appropriate privacy policies, procedures and processes are implemented in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Develop, maintain and report on KRIs, KPIs and other risk identifiers designed to highlight privacy risks/risk trends.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management / board reporting; proactively participate in select compliance and other governance committees (including, but not limited to, the New Products and Services Committee).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Minimum experience required: 5+ Years in a privacy-related role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree a plus.
- CIPP/US, CIPM and/or CIPT (or similar designation(s)) preferred.
