Consumer Operations Manager –Nike USA Inc., Beaverton, OR. Drive seasonal operational excellence and enable the consumer construct offense. Collaborate and work cross-functionally within and outside of merchandising, planning, marketing, brand planning, insights, and strategy to provide structure and support for the geo consumer leadership team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate pliability in working through solutions and provide leadership, direction and collaborative problem-solving to organize the team for successful and efficient delivery of work. Ensure processes are defined, efficient, and aligned to seasonal key dates and deliverables of the consumer team to cross functional partners, as well as Global to Geo. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or Demand Planning and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a business-related occupation. Experience must include:

1.         Process efficiency or process improvement;

2.         Marketing;

3.         Demand planning;

4.         Merchandising;

5.         Assort Visual;

6.         MMX;

7.         Supply and inventory planning;

8.         Excel;

9.         PowerPoint; and

10.        Tableau.
