Position: UX/UI Designer
Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site at Parsippany, New Jersey)
About PRG Technical: PRG Technical, a leading national staffing agency, is seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer for a high-profile project. This temporary, indefinite role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about user experience and interface design, looking to contribute to significant digital marketing projects.
Position Overview: The UX/UI Designer will be a key member of the digital marketing team, responsible for user interaction design based on research and analysis. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop world-class websites, portals, and mobile applications, ensuring optimal user experience and adherence to UX standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with digital marketing team members and stakeholders to develop user-centric designs.
- Own the end-to-end user journey, from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final production.
- Design wireframes for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Educate stakeholders on design decisions and best practices.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights and create user journey maps.
- Explore design solutions through A/B testing and make recommendations for site structure considering SEO best practices.
- Analyze site performance data and suggest improvements.

Position Requirements:
- Professional portfolio accompanying a resume.
- Solid understanding of UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, spatial relations, and proportion.
- Advanced knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sitecore (or similar CMS), and Figma.
- Experience with usability testing methodologies and SEO best practices.
General Knowledge/Skills:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and efficient time management.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in User-centered Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, including user experience design for web and mobile applications.

- Length of Assignment: Temp Indefinite
- Shift: Hybrid; 2 days on-site on Tues, Wed, or Thurs
- Pay Rate: $60/hour
- Location: Must be within commuting distance to Parsippany, NJ
