Position
The Selling Supervisor leads by example on the sales floor. The Selling Supervisor supports the Store Director and/or Assistant Manager by balancing their time to achieve individual sales goals while also inspiring and regularly coaching the sales team on how to deliver exceptional service and reach the daily sales goal for the store.
Essential Duties:
Lead by Example:
- Set the example for Bulgari Standards of Excellence at all times. Maintain the level of excellence in client experience, providing prompt, courteous, and effective service to all clients;
- Demonstrate knowledge of the products' functional and technical elements, exceptional selling skills, and curated recommendations. Excite and instill passion and pride for the brand;
- Assist the team on the floor to provide elevated customer experience and increase sales conversion;
- Meet the Company’s high standards for grooming and behavior.
Profile
Team Work:
- Act as a role model for Client Advisors and provide coaching on selling techniques and clienteling.
- Perform as a team player and contribute to the overall objectives of the store and Company; Foster a positive team environment and help the team to resolve disputes if there are any
- Manage traffic and maintain a healthy flow on the sales floor
- Support the team in handling difficult client situations, i.e., AFSS, complaints, etc.
- Show flexibility in adapting to any changes required and the needs and priorities of the business.
Service and Sales:
- Welcome all clients/prospects entering the store for any reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales), providing extraordinary service and always having the client leave with a great impression
- Contribute to the achievement of the store and service KPIs through a proactive and consistent commitment to achieving the monthly and annual sales budget.
- Manage and deliver the sales process per company standards (from Welcome to Packaging), ensuring the proper application of selling techniques to deliver a UNIQUE shopping experience.
- Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset through each step of the interaction with the client.
- Listen empathetically to understand and adjust to client's needs, providing customized advice.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers to Bulgari.
- Perform all CRM one-to-one activities as per Store Director indications, including CRM AFSS.
- Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among new and existing clients.
- Assist and provide exceptional service to clients with any After Sales need (exchanges, returns, repairs)
- Manage morning set-ups for the store and ensure perfect execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines. Manage breakdown after the store closes. Ensure daily counts are completed by the sales team. Guide operational tasks when needed.
- Maintain selling floor merchandise standards, straightening, replenishing, etc.; ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbon, stationary, and the like) are always stocked.
Additional information
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in a luxury retail environment or working with luxury products
- Must work retail hours – Weekdays and Weekends, Evenings & Holidays

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to acquire some expertise in Store operation applications (Beanstore, SalesForce, SAP)
