Position Purpose: 

As Senior Technical Director of our Engineering Team in Technical & Performance, you will lead a team responsible for technical leadership across Municipal Water Contract Operations in Veolia North America. The main objectives include:

  1. Leading a geographically dispersed team to collaboratively work to provide oversight of and support for engineering activities related to the operation of the drinking water, wastewater and biosolids systems.
  2. Supporting existing operations with world-class technical expertise to solve current challenges and to promote operational excellence and safety across our sites; this includes process optimization, greenhouse gas reduction and efficiencies in chemical, power, and water use;
  3. Helping with our growth initiatives and business development by providing technical expertise on operability, risk management, and technical/engineering input on new deals, and;
  4. This role will collaborate closely with Directors of other T&P Groups to create an environment of creativity and innovation to contribute to the implementation of our Strategy.
