Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Billing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in collections, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) processes. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative team setting, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee billing functions, including collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

2. Utilize QuickBooks to process and record financial transactions accurately.

3. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and discrepancies in a timely manner.

5. Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

6. Multi-task efficiently to handle various billing responsibilities simultaneously.

7. Uphold a high level of attention to detail in all billing processes.

8. Contribute to the development and improvement of billing procedures.

9. Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in billing, collections, AR, and AP roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
