Job description
Spark by Hilton, a brand new addition to the Mystic area and to Distinctive Hospitality Group, is searching for an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for all day-to-day hotel operations, providing impactful leadership and support to the team, driving exceptional guest service standards and elevating the guest experience and satisfaction. As Hotel Manager, this hands-on role will require the individual to oversee multiple departments and to support and lead the hotel team. The Hotel Manager reports directly to the Area General Manager.
Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day hotel operations of this new 120-room hotel including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Actively participate in recruiting, hiring and the ongoing development of team members
- Achieves budgeted revenues and maintaining property expenses within budgeted guidelines in all areas of hotel
- Ensure that team members receive effective and thorough training to consistently deliver a high level of service to guests
- Creates and maintains a professional, respectful and engaging work place for team members that fosters a professional, respectful and fun environment
- Drives ongoing employee engagement and recognition programs in line with Hilton and DHG standards
