A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ASSISTANT

As an Office Assistant, most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best service possible. Taking phone calls from our clients, you lend an empathetic ear as you actively listen to their concerns, answer their questions, and make sure that their needs are met. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us.

You also handle client requests for scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling. While scheduling service calls, you strive to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our plumbers' time and mileage. You dispatch service calls to our on-site plumbers and work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. And, you keep clients updated and informed. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous call center experience is a plus! Are you self-motivated and sales-driven? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Do you have a client-focused mindset? Are you calm and patient? Can you troubleshoot and think critically? Do you have excellent time management and organizational skills? If so, you may be perfect for this position!
