AIMS Advantage is rapidly growing and we are looking for forklift operators on 1st and 2nd shift to fill immediate positions. These are full-time temporary-to-permanent positions with an excellent benefit package upon hire. Our positions are located in Kentwood, MI. SUMMARY: The warehouse picking and selector operates a Hi-Lo in order to transport materials to and from the trailers and to transport products to their proper locations (storage areas, warehouse, etc.). The candidate must have prior Hi-Lo experience using a clamp attachment and must be able to operate a Hi-Lo safely.

Shifts Available:

1st shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm

1st Shift: Weekends Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm

2nd shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am

Weekend only position: 12 hour shifts Friday - Sunday 5:00am - 5:30pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hi-Lo Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers.
• Placing material in proper locations.
• Bringing raw material from raw storage area to the line.
• Taking finished products from the inspection area and delivering the products to the storage area.
• Taking trash out to the dumpsters when needed.
• Completing part inventory.
• Responsibilities include all, but are not limited to only, those listed above.
• Follows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.
