Job description
Kforce's Seattle, WA healthcare client has a full-time new opening for a 100% remote System/Data Architect to support the organizations large EDW consolidation effort which includes moving two Data warehouses into one utilizing Snowflake and Azure cloud technologies. This individual will support the system design and data modeling for numerous complex legacy data source systems, both vendor and internal. This role will be replacing 2 current consultants one is a Data Architect and one is a Solutions Architect who are scheduled to roll off the project this summer. Knowledge transfer time is anticipated by this role starting in April or May timeframe.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and collaborating with the existing team to move the Data Architecture for this program to the next level; This includes both presenting solutions to business users (including managers, directors, VPs) as well as facilitating conscious with technical design team
- System Design: Strong ability to look at business workflows and data pipelines and create the most efficient process flow design; Also, exploring the current data stack and reviewing the many tools already in use to determine which one is best for which process; Then making recommendations from the capability of the tools; Create architect diagrams to show how the data will flow
- Data Architect: Bring excellent knowledge of healthcare data and have strong Data Modeling experience and understanding; Provide data solutions that are useful; Be able to present ideas, solutions, prototypes to both business leaders and technical team
