Job description

ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry has been retained by our client, an established property management company manager specializing in affordable housing, who is hiring:

Resident Coordinator & Property Construction Liaison

Monitor construction projects with the in-house team to re-habilitate apartments, coordinate with residents, working closely with the Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Conducting thorough pre- and post-construction inspections with the in-house development team.
-Monitoring construction progress and maintaining open lines of communication.
-Performing detailed unit inspections alongside the management team.
-Facilitating seamless move-ins and move-outs; address any tenant reported issues after the apartment has been re-habilitated, and tenants move back in.
-Collating and analyzing data and writing reports.
-Serving as a communication hub, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
-Providing residents with comprehensive instructions on utilizing amenities.
-Acting as a central point of contact between property management and in-house construction team.
-In essence, the role entails meticulous oversight, effective coordination, and seamless communication to uphold the highest standards during construction to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications:
-3+ years as Resident Coordinator experienced in tenant relations; experience in re-habilitated apartments preferred.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to organize and follow through.
-Excellent tenant relation skills, providing support and resolving issues as they arise.
-Valid Driver's License

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Commensurate with experience; Benefits include: 80% company paid healthcare; PTO, Holidays, Life Insurance, STD, and LTD.

Location: Morristown, NJ - Based at the Property.
