Wage band range $66,560.00 - $75,000.00 annually. However, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. Position is eligible for Bilingual pay incentive. 

Under the direction of the FFA/ISFC Program Coordinator and the Director of Community Based Services, is responsible for conducting assessments, writing Master Treatment Plans/Service Plans, providing individual/family therapy and coordination of services for clients placed in Casa Pacifica Foster Family Agency. 

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of assigned clients as necessary and carries out the mission of Casa Pacifica as it relates to individualized behavioral interventions, Safety Plans and Plans of Care as needed at a child's home, school, or other community settings.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Masters level, or Post-Doctoral Psychologist supervised professional experience with up to 3 to 5 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed youth doing family assessments and treatment, and behavior management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CREDENTIALS: Must be eligible for licensure in California. (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psy.D.)

TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and other state/federal licensing or certification requirements, including mandatory reporting requirements as per Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act (CANRA). Valid California Driver’s license, clean record

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to use various computer Software.  Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.  Knowledge of Title 22, Division 6 licensing requirements.  Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Strong human relations skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
