JOB Description:

Manual Testing_Functional, SAP S/4HANA Testing SAP S/4 HANA Test Lead /Analyst Mandatory Skills: Sr. QA test analyst with minimum 8-10 years SDLC experience. 8+ year experience in ERP, SAP S/4 HANA. Apply both business and functional knowledge and develop end-to-end testing strategies all through the use of quality processes and methodologies Strong verbal and communication skills. Highly organized and with the ability to lead and influence others. Must have Working knowledge on Integrations and Business process on either OTC - Order To Cash Module or RTR - Record to Report. Develop/Write Test Strategy, Functional Test scripts, End to End Test Scripts, Test planning and data migration scripts. Work with cross functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setup. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP testing best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate test scripts, optimize testing processes, and improve overall efficiency. Moderate level understanding of modules like STP-D, STP-I, BW and HCM Experience in Agile methodology, waterfall methodologies. Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred Working experience in onsite-offshore model. (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
