Job description
Fritz Staffing Group is currently looking for Bilingual Recruiters (English and Spanish) that have experience in Construction Staffing. Salary would be 50k a year, plus commission. Pay will be decided during interview process and based on experience. This job in an in office position, we are based on Delsea Drive in Franklinville, NJ.

Job Scope:
You will assist our company by ensuring all Accounts have their orders filled, while working hand in hand with our Account Managers. Some tasks are listed, but not limited to, below:
- Helping place craftsman from various industrial sectors to our customers.
- Ensuring forms and daily job boards are up to date.
- Verifying information is correct on platforms such as PAYCOM and Monday.com.
- Reaching out to potential customers with emails, phone calls, and site visits.
- Interviewing applicants over the phone daily to identify which would best placement for the customer as well as the employee.
- Maintain company orders using Excel.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Recruiter or similar role, specifically within the construction industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of various industrial products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge and tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with the Account Management team to ensure customer needs are met.
- Achieve and Exceed sales targets.
- Valid ID.
- Reliable means of transportation to office each day.
