TruNews , the leading conservative Christian news podcast that airs live each weekday, is on the search for a dynamic and insightful Co-Host to join our team. This is your chance to be a part of a show that provides critical commentary and analysis on current events through a Christian conservative lens. Hosted by Richard Wiles and co-hosted by Dr. Raymond Burkhart, TruNews is extending an exclusive opportunity for someone passionate about faith, current events, and media to join our family.

Job Description:

As a co-host, you will play a crucial role in shaping the voice and direction of our daily podcast. You'll engage with current events, conduct interviews, and provide commentary that aligns with our Christian conservative values. Co-hosts are granted intellectual freedom to express their personal views on show topics. This position is not just another job; it's a calling for those who are dedicated to making a difference through media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-host daily live podcasts, providing insightful and engaging commentary on current events.
• Collaborate with the hosting team to develop show topics, scripts, and interview questions.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally to cover news stories, conferences, and other events relevant to our audience.
• Engage with our community both online and in-person, representing TruNews at various events.

To enter the competition for the next co-host of TruNews, please submit the following:

• Resume: Detailing your professional experience, education, and any relevant skills or achievements.
• Video/Podcast Sample (3-5 minutes): Create a short segment about a recent current event as if you were already hosting TruNews. Showcase your ability to engage an audience, provide insightful commentary, and align with our Christian conservative perspective.

Selection Process:

Selected applicants will be invited to Vero Beach, FL, to co-host several TruNews shows alongside Richard Wiles. This hands-on experience will not only test your skills in a live setting but also allow our dedicated audience to get to know you. The TruNews community will vote for their favorite applicant, and the winner will receive a job offer to join our team as a full-time co-host.
