The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. The Intelligence Programs Group, part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). SPA has an immediate or near term need for an exerpienced Systems Engineer with experience in applications of Agile methodoligies for engineering and acquiring software systems.
Candidate should be an experienced professional, capable of evaluating and guiding future system architectures as they evolve to commercial trends like Agile development, Cloud migration, and streamlined DevOps deployments. Our Chief Architect team is responsible for coordinating and supporting ground requirements and architectures in the remote sensing domain; supporting enterprise orchestration and strategies for current and future systems; supporting demonstrations and exercises in support of delivered system capabilities and mission closure; generating and presenting engineering briefings; and interfacing with numerous internal and external customers. This position requires an understanding of the intelligence community and customer domain, along with a strong focus on core systems engineering processes, performed in an Agile methodolgical approach, in support of end-to-end mission and services closure.
