Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems to assist customers in making well-informed purchasing decisions.
- Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and related fixtures and appliances in residential properties.
- Design and inspect plumbing systems, conduct diagnostics, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes.
- Troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues promptly.
- Provide superior customer service by communicating efficiently with residential clients.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in residential plumbing, with a focus on interacting directly with customers.
- Proficiency in handling and resolving service calls specific to residential plumbing is essential.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is a requirement, with preference given to those who have pursued additional technical or trade school education.
- While possessing a CA License is desirable, it is not mandatory for this position.
- Strong communication skills are a prerequisite, along with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
- The candidate must be self-motivated, responsible, and exhibit a high level of integrity.
- Comfort in working independently or as part of a team is crucial, and a friendly and approachable demeanor is key.
- Maintaining a professional appearance is a fundamental expectation for this role.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test is mandatory.
- Holding a valid (CA) driver's license with a clean driving record is a must-have for this position.
