Designs manufactures and sells new and reconditioned equipment, services, and upgrades Overhead Material Handling Equipment. Overhead Material Handling Equipment includes Overhead Industrial Cranes, Monorail Hoists, Gantry Type Cranes, Below-the-Hook Devices, Radio Remote Controls, Scales, and specialty-type devices. My client has been in business for 45 years. They service the Midwest Market of Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
About the Job:
My client has an excellent opportunity for an associate-level to join our growing sales team! The Inside Sales Estimator acts as an extension of the outside sales force to grow product sales proactively. The Inside Sales Estimator assists the sales team in estimating and generating formal proposals for various projects and product requests. In addition, upon receipt of an order, they will help kick-start the order processing process.
Summary of Job Functions:
Assisting the sales team by gathering estimates for various project components.
Assisting the sales team by writing formal proposals.
Executing the Order processing process.
Explore and Implement New Sales and Marketing Initiatives
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree is preferred, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Detailed and Organized, Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
A persistent, positive, and energetic attitude is required.
Strong customer service skills
An interest in mechanical and electrical technology
