Please note: We are open to applicants from across the USA and Canada, as these roles can be fulfilled either in an Aon office (Chicago, Minneapolis, NY, Atlanta, Toronto) within our new SmartWorking hybrid program.

Aon is hiring an Associate Director, Client Advocacy  to support the Reinsurance business

In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to provide world class customer experience and be a part of the best-in-class client services team in the reinsurance industry. We are looking for a candidate who is excited to lead teams of advocates and technicians that support our clients wherein you help develop and strengthen advocacy skills and implement individual career development plans and mentorship opportunities for your team.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 USD annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
