Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of financial services engagements, effectively delegating tasks to staff as needed.
- Serve as a resource for team members, offering guidance on technical issues and providing mentorship.
- Manage client service responsibilities, maintaining strong communication and negotiating fees when necessary.
- Supervise staff, offering training, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
- Stay abreast of economic and legislative trends that may impact business climates.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through networking and participation in professional organizations.
- Drive innovation by identifying and exploring emerging issues within the industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Public Accounting, specializing in financial services.
- Solid understanding of audit and attest services, with knowledge of FASB regulations and GAAP.
- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of the CPA exam or CPA license required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a commitment to ethical practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common accounting software.

Additional Information
This is a full-time remote position, with candidates required to be located in or near Denver, Colorado. Some travel, primarily along the west coast, is expected between February and April.
