As an Industrial Engineer, you will take on a new role overseeing two facilities; needing to travel 20% of the time. This role is in Sheboygan,WI .
This is a leadership role with no direct reports; however show confidence, and be able to demonstrate and give presentations.
This is a Hands-on and on-the-floor role.
Must be able to Implement a Project from scratch to finish making it successful and be able to explain the process.
Be able to work for a small company environment and fit the culture.
Must come from a manufacturing background.
Be able to manage projects.
Must have excellent presentation skills from CEO to Clients.
Be able to work with design equipment, machine layout, software, and automation.
Be able to meet Quality Standards.
Be creative in solving solutions.
Preferred if you come from a Batching Process Focus over a Continous Process Focus.
Work with schematics, wiring diagrams, instructions, and drawings.
Be able to work with VOM, Oscilloscope, Ammeter, and other Engineering tools
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment.
Chemical Background is a plus.
Can come from many Engineering backgrounds (Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering).
Must know how to negotiate.
Work on ERP Systems.
Preferably 5+ years; will consider less depending on background

Salary between $82,000-110,000 depending on experience (On-site in Sheboygan, WI)
