FT - Case Manager - ($18hr - $21.25hr)

In this role, you will work under the Senior Vice President's and President's authority, with supervision from the Program Supervisor, to provide crucial treatment services to youth and families.

Essential Functions for the Case Manager:
- Engage and maintain positive relationships with youth and families throughout treatment.
- Provide effective case management services in various settings, including offices, client homes, and schools.
- Identify, link, and coordinate necessary services for clients.
- Collaborate with the youth's therapist to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Regularly review services and document their effectiveness in treatment plans.
- Coordinate with other community agencies involved in individual cases for comprehensive care.
- Achieve treatment goals with assigned families.
- Professionally represent the program in treatment conferences with other agencies.
- Provide quality representation of services in court when subpoenaed.
- Collaborate with the assigned supervisor on a weekly basis.
- Provide crisis response to families, both over the phone and in-person when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications for the Case Manager:
- Associate degree with relevant experience.
- One year of experience in a CASSP system for Case Managers in the Children's Behavioral Health Component.
Preferred Qualifications for the Case Manager:
- Mature individual with sound judgment, serving as a positive role model for youth and families.
- No history of child abuse offenses.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Training and experience in crisis intervention.
Physical Requirements for the Case Manager:
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing *Occasionally.
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds *Occasionally.
- Moving from one worksite to another *Occasionally.
