Position: CNC Programmer
Shift: 1st Hours: 7am 3:30 pm

Our client is looking for a responsible CNC Programmer. This is a Direct placement position with our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this role you will need a 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering degree a plusWhat You Will Do:
We are looking for a talented manufacturing engineering technician to oversee and manage special projects. The applicant will be responsible for project planning to Include quality planning. Duties include:
Programming Laser Marking machines programing Keyence Inspection machines and a Hexagon CMM using PCDMIS. PCDMIS.
The manufacturing engineering technicians responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement exploring new manufacturing methods and conformance with customer requirements.
Esprit Software and setups for CNC Milling Machines 3 axis and 5 axis machines.
You should be able to work effectively within a team and collectively create manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency costeffectiveness and quality. You will report to our Plant Manager.
Engineering Responsibilities:
Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for Improvement.
Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
Developing detailed layouts for equipment processes and workflow.
Researching and developing new processes equipment and products
Developing and implementing costsaving measures and quality control systems.
Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.
5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering degree a plus.
Applicant should have a strong knowledge of working with Solid Works.
Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
Experience using CAD CAM data analysis programs and related software.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong organization and management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High level of technical expertise.
Strong analytical thinker
