RN - SURGICAL NEURO INTENSIVE CARE / NIGHTS

110-162K + Bonus + OT + Shift Diff+ Paid Relocation

Under the direction of the nurse manager, the Surgical Neuro ICU Nurse provides an optimal practice environment and assists the nurse manager in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the department activities for a shift ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost-effective service. Adheres to the ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
• 2 years Recent clinical experience in specialty area

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing
• Leadership experience

Ideal Candidate:

• At least you have at least 1 year of recent experience working as an RN in an acute care unit in a Accredited Hospital
• Able to work day shift / full time position
• California Registered Nurse License
