Job description
Digital Strategy Director
Tech Vendor / Programmatic Service Provider - Remote
Salary $140,000 to 160,000 base - Full benefits
Experience:
- Agency strategy, planning and/or communications planning experience at a leading holding company OR digital forward independent agency
- OR a Strategy role at a managed service programmatic offering
- Ideally some experience working on large scale CPG clients
- Strong Comms planning experience is a prioritized discipline. However, we're open to other business vertical experience.
- 7+ years' experience in total, with the majority being Agency Side
- Strong Programmatic, Search and Social knowledge to be able to coordinate with activation teams
Ideal Requirements:
- Comfortable with client presentations/comms across all client levels including C-Suite
- Unique storytelling ability; story tell like a creative and brand strategist
- Digital (Search and Social) and programmatic acumen
- Audience and creative strategy master
- Campaign design and architecture
- Development of test and learn road map and Measurement Framework
- Experience in new business pitches or in commercial discussions with clients.
- Team management and leadership/mentorship is a plus!
