About the role

The Security Manager will be responsible for man-guarding and technical security operational delivery, project integration and commercial performance, managing customer and vendor relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor for our clients and account leadership teams within the region, for both retail and commercial offices. The role will cover the following CBRE/DB Americas region.

The Security Manager will provide leadership and management to direct reports and relevant vendors, as well as close partnership with other key DB and CBRE partners, providing support and acting as deputy as the need arises.

What you’ll do

Understand client objectives and business strategy and develop own strategic plans/objectives to meet these needs.

Act as trusted partner and advisor to client RSDMs and supporting on standard methodology, strategy, risk mitigation and other operational deliverables.

Ensure CBRE scope of work for security is delivered to the required standard.

Identify and mitigate actual and potential risk to our client, ensuring close liaison with relevant CSO client partners including direct DB business partners.

Ensure that the Innovation and Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly making valuable contributions to both the business and our client.

Provide training and direction to relevant partners including GRE, CBRE, and vendors teams to ensure standards of operation are maintained and improvement initiatives are implemented.

Ensure compliance with all statutory, security, QHSE and relevant company and client policies.

When directed by CSO, have oversight and understanding of all DB change and project works, to identify risks and opportunities, and support efficient process. This includes working with real estate to support portfolio changes.

Implement Key CSO Operating Procedures (KOP, KOD) at a regional level and measure vendor performance against these.

Accountable for timely and accurate financial planning (Baseline) and ongoing financial performance covering all operations / countries. As requested, input into the FCP/RCP.

Provide required client and company reporting in a timely manner.

To lead procurement and vendor management activities for relevant T2 and T3 vendors, ensuring alignment with client and CBRE needs and deliverables.

Support the client when requested with their coordinating and reporting for Fire and Evacuation.

Support the ROC & Pass Office requirements across the Americas regions.

T2 LSA Process – Monthly monitoring of T2 service levels.

Seek savings opportunities and present to CSO for approval.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Regional Security Manager position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Regional Security Manager position is $150,00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
