Position: RN- Med Surg/Telemetry, Progressive Care (PCU)
Duration: 13 weeks

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days,12
Shift Notes: 12hr Days 36hours guaranteed weekly
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required
On-Call Requirements: None

Travel Policy: RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate). To avoid delays in processing, please provide a perm address at upload/submission.
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric
EMR: MedHost
RN/Patient Ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1. This is for both day and night shifts.
No non-billable orientation
OT, Holiday multipliers: 1.25%
Call and Call-Back: Not applicable for this need
TRAVELER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MEMORIAL DAY/WEEKEND BEFORE. RTO REQUESTS FOR THIS TIME OFF WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! 5 DAYS OR LESS OF RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR A 13 WEEK ASSIGNMENT.
Experience in the Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring is required. This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running!
