Job description
Start your new career as a Production Associate with MAU at Autoliv, Inc. in Ogden, UT. As a ProductionAssociate, you will safely operate various assigned machines and perform other related operations and tasks in the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts.
What We Offer- $21.06 per hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 9:45 AM – 6:00 AM

What We’re Looking For- 6+ months of production experience
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions in English
- Ability to write and complete required paperwork
- Basic mathematical understanding and ability (add and subtract units of measurement)
- Ability to demonstrate good verbal communication skills
- Must be team-oriented, able to probe solve, and troubleshoot
- Demonstrated hand dexterity with small objects
- Excellent attendance and safety record
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to carry up to 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, reach, pinch and pull material, push and pull material, perform continuous upper extremity movement, walk, perform lateral movement, and stand for the majority of the shift
What You’ll Do as a Production Associate- Support the team by rotating to different production cells based on business needs
- Perform repetitive work requiring continuous mental and visual alertness and attention to detail to ensure that a high-quality product is produced
- Apply Autoliv, Inc, Production System (APS) principles and make continuous improvement suggestions to improve performance, quality, and/or visual inspection
- Follow quality and safety rules and maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Train and/or instruct others as required
- Maintain a regular and reliable attendance
- Maintain a full-time work status
- Adhere to safety standards and work safely
- Relieve other employees for breaks, as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned
