Job description

Join a prominent leader in the food service equipment industry and design consultancy with a rich 30-year history of building trusted partnerships across diverse markets. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an FP&A Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, crafting insightful reports, and providing valuable recommendations to support strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of financial performance, including variance and trend analysis, and track key metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and presentations to senior management, offering clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities and effectively communicate financial findings to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by meticulously validating and reconciling information from various sources.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline reporting procedures, and enhance overall efficiency within the FP&A function.
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices and continuously strive for excellence in FP&A processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in handling large datasets with precision.
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (such as NetSuite) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
