Job description

Purple Onion in Los Gatos, CA is looking for a keyholder/shift lead for both of our cafes. We are located at 26 East Main Street and 14107 Suite R Winchester Blvd.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering & leaving the business
• Maintain a clean & tidy work area
• Accurately process payments
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare coffee, specialty coffee, & tea drinks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service (1 year)
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen & communicate effectively
• Ability to lift up to 35 lb. frequently, grasp, lift, reach, crouch, carry, walk & stand for long periods of time
• 16 years or older
