Our client base runs the full gambit including automotive, electronics, chemicals and materials, consumer packaging, government and military, and sports and entertainment.

The Operation Coordinator position plays a critical role in our success. We are looking for a professional, experienced individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be detail-orientated and possess an ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and TEAMs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Locate, enter, edit and manage critical data.
• Ability to download, save, copy, and distribute weekly reports.
• Provide support to Operations team members.
• Must be eager learning new technology.
• Demonstrate initiative in fact finding to complete time sensitive tasks (go-getter).
• Collaborate with team members to improve current processes and procedures.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment to carry out written/oral instructions.
• Must be well-organized, a self-motivator.
• Ability to perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as schedule and attend meetings, take meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

• Two to four years related administrative experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, TEAMs.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
• Full-time on-site position.
