Responsibilities:
- Utilize our booking software and tools to provide comprehensive information about available travel options, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, tailored to each client's preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized recommendations and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new travel destinations, and emerging technologies to enhance the overall customer booking experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for increasing client satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying potential new business opportunities.
- Ensure all booking transactions are accurately documented and processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding any changes to their travel plans, including itinerary adjustments, cancellations, or rescheduling, while providing alternative options as needed.
