*Starting pay $12-15* WE WILL TRAIN YOU! $250 bonus for every 250 regular hours worked, and $500 bonus for every 250 sub hours worked! Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our team as Swim Instructors. As a Swim Instructor at Aqua Tots Swim School, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love for swimming and ensuring the safety of our students in and around the water. Responsibilities: # Conduct swim lessons for children of varying ages and skill levels. # Implement engaging lesson plans that focus on skill development and water safety. # Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to track progress. # Ensure a safe and clean swimming environment. # Maintain up-to-date knowledge of swim instruction techniques and safety protocols. # Establish positive relationships with students and their families to enhance the overall experience. Qualifications: # Previous experience as a swim instructor is preferred. # Strong communication and interpersonal skills. # Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. # Passion for working with children and promoting water safety. # Patience and a positive attitude.
