DIGITAL PRODUCTION INTERN
· The successful applicant will assist in the operations of the SiteOne Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to digitize project files and record and embed metadata, including asset transfer, cataloging and metadata tagging
· Assets include logos, photos, media, documents, pdfs and packaged files
· The intern will receive training on SiteOne’s DAM system to accurately catalog newly created digital and archival assets and work with colleagues across departments to ensure proper and complete capture of digital assets and related metadata
· The intern will also assist the DAM Manager with maintenance of tags and other metadata assigned to existing assets by collaborating with cross-functional team members to obtain correct metadata
· In addition to DAM assistance the applicant will be introduced to basic packaging production of SiteOne’s private brands consisting of individual product, inner and master labels following pre-established brand standards
· Other production duties as assigned including but not limited to materials such as spec sheets and catalogs
· Estimated salary range for this role is $17-$25/hr
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated in Design , Digital Marketing or Data Assets Management
Basic understanding of packaging design, assets management and Design principles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal very helpful
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in DAM systems, InDesign , Photoshop or Illustrator
