Position Overview:
As a Quality Research Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting a national technical assistance project in a federal consulting environment. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will contribute to the continuous quality improvement of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, manage, and analyze data to support evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data stories to make information accessible and actionable.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement data collection instruments.
Create custom reports and visualizations for regular use by project teams.
Contribute to proposal development and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in qualitative and/or quantitative data collection, research analysis, or evaluation.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance.
Additional Skills:

Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel.
Strong written communication skills and experience producing high-quality written products.
Interest in refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges; child welfare; capacity building; and continuous quality improvement.
Preferred Skills:

Master's degree in data science, social work, psychology, justice, or a related field.
Proficient in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, STATA, or R.
Experience with online survey tools like Qualtrics and MS Forms.
Previous work experience in a consulting environment.
Professional Skills:

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
What We Offer:

Competitive salary ranging from $69,862 to $118,765 per year.
