Job description
We’re hiring for a Post Closing specialist to stabilize the department. As a member of the post-closing team, you’ll assist the closing department with the finalizing of documents, quality control review, document processing, and E- Recording. The ideal candidate for this position balances post-closing duties, with e-recording and document processing. Responsibilities: • Document review • Quality control • Post-closing auditing of packages • Document preparation for recording • E-recording functions • Detail orientation • Fast-Paced work environment • Disbursements of funds Qualifications: • Willing to train the right person with the right attitude • Ability to work alone as well as on a team • Detail-oriented with review processing experience required • Ability to multi-task and work through distractions • Fed-Ex experience and ability to apply common sense About Company: We are a Pittsburgh-based, locally owned and operated Title Insurance Company that wants to keep the local touch but compete on a national level.
