A highly regarded hospital in the North Texas area is actively searching for an experienced and qualified Nurse Director Surgical Operations! Seize the opportunity to foster excellence, initiate change, and guide a dynamic team within a nationally ranked and cutting-edge facility.

The RN Director Surgical Operations will have the chance to join an expanding state-of-the-art acute care hospital boasting 50+ beds and advanced amenities, such as 10+ operating suites, endoscopy suites, and a diagnostic and interventional catheterization lab. The Nurse Director Surgical will oversee the planning, organization, direction, and enhancement of services within the Operating Room, Perioperative (Periop), Sterile Processing Department (SPD), and Cardiology Departments. They will report to a talented and well-liked CNO, and supervise approximately 100 full-time employees (FTEs). The Operations Surgical Nurse Director will have the support of Operating Room Nurse Managers, a Perioperative Nurse Educator, OR charge nurses, CNOR staff nurses, and other surgical staff. 

The ideal Nursing Director of Surgical Operations candidate will be an experienced surgical services nursing leader. Additionally, they must hold an RN license, possess a Master's Degree, and have accumulated 5 years of experience in the Operating Room. The Nurse Director of Surgical Operations requires a resilient leader adept at thriving in a fast-paced, bustling environment.
