JOB SUMMARY

The Director of HR Technology (Journeys) role is responsible for driving associate experience through the evolution of technological capabilities across the HR eco-system to support enterprise HR Strategies. Using the Journeys capabilities within Marriott’s Oracle HCM instance, allows the organization to craft guided processes that support both adoption and enhance utilization for various activities within the associate lifecycle. By leveraging Journeys capabilities, this role will create experiences that shape not only Onboarding, but also Offboarding, Mid-boarding, LOA, and beyond. Central to this role is the ability to serve as an internal consultant and solution provider to COEs on the strategic use of Journeys as a solution. This role will leverage technical and product expertise, configuration capabilities, and research, both partnered and independent to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $110,550.00 to $245,238.00 annually.

Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $110,550.00 to $222,943.00 annually.

Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $133,766.00 to $245,238.00 annually.

New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $110,550.00 to $245,238.00 annually.

Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $110,550.00 to $245,238.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
