Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of field operations coordinators who manage work completed by independent contractors.
Optimize workflows and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately according to client based time standards.
Resolve issues promptly and proactively, partnering with Senior Management when needed.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to empower your team members.
Measure and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving change.
Assure accurate billing and distribution of hourly-rated reports.
Serve as the main operational contact for assigned clients.
Participate in client management activities of new or prospective clients
All other related duties as assigned.
