Speech Therapist, PRN South Pinellas

Qualifications:  

• Speech Therapist with Medicare home health experience.
• The desired candidate will also have experience in a variety of settings outpatient clinics and patient homes and facilities.

Requirements include:

• Providing quality care and coordination of care in conjunction with patient's needs, their families, physicians, nurses and other clinical staff, and insurance.
• It is our goal to keep the patient healthy, independent, and in their own home.
• Computer savvy.

] Job Types : Part-time, per diem.
